This notice explains what Clint collects through clintlegal.ai and what we do with it. It covers this website only. How we handle your firm’s data during a pilot is set out in the pilot agreement.

What we collect
When you request a free scan, we receive your name, your firm, your work email and the companies you list. We only use public information about those companies. We never ask for a client list or confidential information.
Why we use it
To prepare your scan report, send it to you and follow up on it. We do not sell your details or use them to train AI models.
Who else is involved
Framer hosts this website and delivers the form to us. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Both process technical data, such as your IP address, to show you the site.
How long we keep it
We keep scan requests for as long as we need them to follow up, and delete them sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to [contact email]. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In Belgium, that is the Data Protection Authority.
